Our Timeline
Founded in 1996 by Cheryl Powell in New Jersey, the company began as Graphik Connexions, a Corporate Training Services provider for technical schools, colleges, universities, and small to medium-sized businesses.
By 2009, with an expanded skillset that included technical certifications, Cheryl pivoted the business into the Software Development sector, delivering technical writing, software manuals, and online tutorials. That same year, the company incorporated as GC Learning Services LLC, solidifying its reputation for excellence and innovation.
In 2010, Cheryl’s creative journey took a new turn as she ventured into fiction writing under the pen name Cheryl Bannerman.
GC Learning Services LLC purchased the trade name Learn2Engage and launched their re-branding campaign.
With 10 published works and 7 literary awards, she began weaving storytelling into her professional training materials, culminating in the development of the Story-Design Motivational Method in 2021. This approach integrates characters, scenarios, and themes to create courses that resonate with learners on a deeper level.
Today, Learn2Engage specializes in empowering People Leaders and their teams through soft skills training, offering both classroom-based and online solutions. Under Cheryl Powell’s visionary leadership, the company continues to operate as a single-member LLC while leveraging a network of trusted partner firms and contractors to deliver customized training solutions.
