Cheryl Powell

Founder and CEO of Learn2Engage

Cheryl Powell is the founder and CEO of Learn2Engage. She holds a Master’s degree, has earned a Gamification certification, and brings 30 years of experience transforming organizational needs into purposeful learning solutions.

Cheryl engages with each client as if they were the only one. She remains personally involved throughout analysis, design, storyboarding, prototyping, and development, using a proven process to ensure the client’s vision is implemented accurately and aligned with its business and learning goals.

A 7-Time Award-Winning Author With 12 Published Works

As a 7-time award-winning author with 12 published works, storytelling is in Cheryl’s blood. She creates themes, stories, characters, and realistic situations that bring organizational content to life, promote retention, and increase the likelihood that learners will apply what they’ve learned to improve performance and productivity on the job.

Cheryl is also the creator and trademark owner of the Story Design Motivational Method®, Learn2Engage’s proprietary approach to transforming behavior through engagement.

Preethi brings more than nine years of experience designing and delivering learning programs across leadership development, compliance, skills development, and DEI. Her work with organizations of varying sizes helps her tailor relevant learning solutions for diverse workforces and meaningful, lasting change.

Susan Catelotti

Susan is a graphic designer, fine artist, and children’s book illustrator with more than 20 years of experience. Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, she creates polished visuals ranging from infographics and publication layouts to detailed illustrations and complete picture books.

Arlene Tannis

Arlene brings a long career in commercial radio, production, and writing to professional voiceover work. Since launching her voiceover business in 2009, she has delivered commercial reads, eLearning narration, corporate narration, explainer videos, telephony, and other audio from her professional home studio.

Cameron Thomas

Cameron transitioned from radio meteorology to professional voiceover work in 2007. He has voiced hundreds of projects for organizations across education, insurance, technology, healthcare, and other industries, with a reassuring, friendly style well suited to instructional design and eLearning.

Tony Pettit

Tony is a versatile voiceover professional with more than 20 years of experience across eLearning, corporate and explainer videos, commercials, podcasts, audiobooks, IVR, and web applications. His conversational, approachable delivery helps audiences hear and understand the message.
