Learn2Engage developed over fifteen 30-minute modules and supporting PDF resources for a large-scale program serving medical assistants preparing to work in urology practices.
Because the subject-matter experts were practicing medical professionals with limited availability, the timeline was staggered so one module could move from storyboarding into development and pilot testing while content for other modules continued.
The program launched after a year and a half and received over 200 enrollments during its first week. All modules were developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and moved through analysis, design, storyboarding, prototyping, development, 508 testing, and pilot testing.
