Obstacles Encountered and Outcome:
This non-profit did not have an LMS in which to host the online learning. Since each paramedic had to complete the training either at home or in the field, we created a way to deliver the zip file to each of them with a set of instructions on how to launch, view, and complete the online module, as well as the offline resources. Another entity from non-profits stepped in to send them their link to the final assessment, which they had to pass to receive their certificate.
Project Outcome and Budget Adherence:
The goal was to create a series of six modules to train emergency paramedics for the role of home paramedics for a new community program to reduce emergency room visits (for patients who have chronic conditions). The association had less than $10K in grant money to spend on this project, so in order to adhere to their constraints we limited the interactivity to Level 1 on-click interactions. Outcome: All modules were developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and progressed through all phases of the development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Storyboard, Prototype, Development, 508 Testing, and the Pilot.

Obstacles Encountered and Outcome:
Besides time, there were no obstacles encountered with this project. We delivered a module per week to meet the deadline. We utilized their custom templates to create call center training modules for entry level workers who were considered at poverty level. Topics included answering calls, dealing with difficult customers, and telephone etiquette. The deadline of October 14th was met, and we are now working on their Foundational Skills program, including Time Management, Goal Setting, and more.
Project Outcome and Budget Adherence:
Outcome: All modules were developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and progressed through only two phases of the development life cycle: Storyboard and Development. This non-profit is working from grant money, and we have adhered to their budget of $12K per month as projected. We expect to finish by year-end.

Obstacles Encountered and Outcome:
Since the SMEs for this project were medical professions practicing Urology, and providing the content for the courses, their time was limited. It was also difficult to get all of them together to discuss topics and issues. Therefore, we put forth a plan to use stagger the timeline and start revising and pilot testing one module at a time, starting with the storyboarding phase and into development. This was a large-scale program for medical assistants applying to work for a Urologist and over fifteen thirty-minute modules and various PDF resources. After a year and a half, the project launched, and they had over 200 enrollments within only the first week.
Project Outcome and Budget Adherence:
All modules were developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and progressed through all phases of the development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Storyboard, Prototype, Development, 508 Testing, and the Pilot. Even with the addition of several change requests with associated costs, the project came in under budget at approximately $45K.
